• "Session" refers to an individual CST treatment appointment

2. Service Description

2.1 Nature of Services

CSTwithNarayani provides Craniosacral Therapy, which is:

• A gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy
• Focused on the craniosacral system (membranes and cerebrospinal fluid)
• Designed to support the body's natural healing capabilities
• A complementary therapy, not a replacement for conventional medical treatment
• Based on principles developed by Dr. William Garner Sutherland

2.2 Service Locations

Services are provided at:

• Primary Location: Pune (various areas including PCMC, Loni Kalbhor, Hadapsar, Akurdi, Vimaan Nagar)
• Secondary Locations: Sangli and Satara (monthly visits, dates announced in advance)
• Home Visits: Available on a case-by-case basis in service areas
• Hospital Partnership: Dr. Mulay Super Speciality Hospital, BT Kawade Road, Pune

2.3 Therapist Credentials

Ms. Narayani Mhetre is:

• A certified Craniosacral Therapist (Registration No - 1356)
• Member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP)
• Specialized in Pediatric and Women's Health applications of CST
• Trained in trauma-informed therapeutic practice

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• Bookings must be made through our website at https://cstwithnarayani.com
• Sessions are subject to availability (maximum 5 sessions per day)
• Booking is confirmed only upon successful payment
• You will receive email confirmation with session details
• Booking confirmation serves as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

3.2 Payment Requirements

• All payments must be completed at the time of booking via Razorpay
• Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
• Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at the time of booking

3.3 Pricing

• Session prices are subject to change without prior notice
• The price applicable at the time of booking will be honored
• Package rates and special offers are valid for the period specified
• Home visit sessions may incur additional travel charges

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Pre-Session Requirements

Before your session, you must:

• Complete the Integrated CST Treatment Record form truthfully and thoroughly
• Disclose all relevant medical history, current conditions, and medications
• Inform us of pregnancy, recent surgery, or acute medical conditions
• Provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmation
• Review and understand what CST involves

4.2 During Session

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
• Turn off mobile phones and electronic devices
• Communicate openly about comfort levels and any concerns
• Follow any instructions provided by the therapist

4.3 Post-Session

• Allow time for rest after the session
• Stay hydrated by drinking adequate water
• Report any unexpected reactions within 48 hours
• Follow any recommendations provided by the therapist

5. Contraindications and Limitations

5.1 When CST May Not Be Suitable

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if you have:

• Recent skull fracture or severe head trauma
• Brain aneurysm or cerebral hemorrhage
• Acute stroke (within recent timeframe)
• Severe mental illness without medical supervision
• Any condition where gentle cranial manipulation is contraindicated

5.2 Special Considerations

Please inform us if you have:

• Pacemaker or medical implants
• Blood clotting disorders
• Current acute infection or fever
• Recent surgery (within 6 weeks)
• Sensitivity to touch or trauma history

6. Informed Consent

6.1 Treatment Consent

By booking a session, you consent to:

• Receiving Craniosacral Therapy as described
• The therapist using gentle touch to assess and treat
• The recording of treatment information for continuity of care
• The therapist's professional judgment regarding treatment approach

6.2 Information Usage

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Treatment information will be kept confidential
• Records will be retained by Ms. Narayani Mhetre for improving CST treatments
• Anonymized case studies may be used for educational purposes
• Your written consent will be obtained before any testimonial use
• Information cannot be used or duplicated by anyone else

6.3 Photography and Video

• No photography or video recording is permitted during sessions without prior written consent
• Any approved media will only be used for purposes explicitly agreed upon

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which includes:

• Tiered refund structure based on cancellation notice period
• One free rescheduling with adequate notice
• Full refund for second therapist-initiated cancellation
• Emergency and medical situation provisions

8. Professional Boundaries

8.1 Therapeutic Relationship

• The relationship between therapist and client is strictly professional
• All interactions will be conducted with respect and dignity
• The therapist maintains professional boundaries at all times
• Sessions are conducted in a safe, private environment

8.2 Unacceptable Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• Client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior
• Client makes sexual advances or inappropriate comments
• Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Client refuses to provide necessary medical information
• Client poses a safety risk to the therapist or others

No refund will be provided for termination due to unacceptable behavior.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CST is provided as a complementary wellness service
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or cures
• Results vary among individuals and conditions
• We are not liable for outcomes related to pre-existing medical conditions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services

9.2 Client Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSTwithNarayani and Ms. Narayani Mhetre from:

• Claims arising from false or incomplete medical information provided
• Failure to follow post-session recommendations
• Discontinuation of prescribed medical treatments without doctor consultation
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions

9.3 Insurance

• Ms. Narayani Mhetre maintains professional liability insurance
• CST sessions may not be covered by your health insurance
• Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage
• We can provide treatment receipts for insurance claims

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Data handling includes:

• Personal information collected is used solely for service delivery
• Treatment records are stored securely and confidentially
• Data is not shared with third parties without consent (except as required by law)
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data

12. Force Majeure

• Government restrictions or lockdowns
• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
• Power failures or technology disruptions

In such cases, affected bookings will be eligible for full refund or extended rescheduling.

13. Communication

13.1 Appointment Reminders

• Reminders will be sent via email and/or SMS 24 hours before your session
• It is your responsibility to check messages and confirm attendance
• Failure to receive reminders does not waive cancellation fees

13.2 Marketing Communications

• By booking, you may receive newsletters and promotional offers
• You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time
• Essential service communications will still be sent

14. Minors and Guardian Consent

• Sessions for clients under 18 years require parent/guardian consent
• Parent or guardian must be present during sessions for clients under 16
• Guardian must complete all treatment forms on behalf of the minor
• Guardian is responsible for payment and adherence to these terms

15. Collaboration and Referrals

15.1 Hospital and Medical Partnerships

• CST sessions at partner hospitals (e.g., Dr. Mulay Hospital) follow hospital policies
• Referral arrangements with medical professionals are for client benefit
• We maintain professional relationships with collaborating healthcare providers

15.2 Referral to Other Professionals

• We may recommend complementary practitioners when appropriate
• Such referrals are made in good faith but without liability
• We do not receive commission for referrals

16. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients
• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
• Bookings made before changes will be governed by the terms at time of booking

17. Termination of Service

17.1 By Client

• You may discontinue services at any time
• Cancellation policy applies to scheduled appointments
• Outstanding payments must be settled

17.2 By CSTwithNarayani

We reserve the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship if:

• Client repeatedly violates these Terms and Conditions
• Client displays inappropriate or abusive behavior
• Client provides false information that compromises safety
• Professional judgment indicates therapy is not beneficial or appropriate

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

• We encourage clients to contact us directly with concerns
• Most disputes can be resolved through open communication

• We will respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 5 business days

18.2 Formal Disputes

• Unresolved disputes will be handled under Indian law
• Jurisdiction for legal proceedings is Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Mediation may be pursued before legal action

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

• The remaining provisions will continue in full force
• The invalid provision will be modified to achieve the intended purpose
• This does not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole
