Important Notice: CSTwithNarayani primarily provides in-person Craniosacral Therapy services, which do not require shipping. This policy applies to any physical products, educational materials, gift vouchers, or merchandise that may be purchased through our website or offered as part of promotional packages.

This Shipping Policy applies to the following items:

Note: CST session bookings themselves are services and do not require shipping. You will receive email confirmations and appointment details digitally.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping begins. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Within Maharashtra: ₹80 (Standard) | ₹150 (Express)
  • Other Indian Locations: ₹120 (Standard) | ₹200 (Express)

Educational Materials and Books:

  • Shipping costs calculated based on weight and destination
  • Displayed at checkout before payment
  • Typically range from ₹80 to ₹300

Free Shipping:

  • Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free standard shipping across India
  • Promotional periods may offer reduced or waived shipping fees


4. Order Processing

4.1 Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Confirmation includes order number, items, shipping address, and expected delivery date
  • Verify all details and contact us within 2 hours for any corrections

4.2 Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Name of courier partner
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

4.3 Address Verification

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include landmark, building name, and floor details

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Allow 24 hours after shipping confirmation for tracking to update
  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 3 business days


6. Delivery Process

6.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • You will be contacted via phone before delivery
  • Please respond to courier calls to ensure successful delivery
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, package will be returned to us

6.2 Signature Required

  • Signature may be required for high-value items
  • Acceptable signatories: recipient, family member, or authorized person at address
  • Doorman or security personnel signature accepted for apartment deliveries

6.3 Unattended Delivery

  • If no one is available, courier may leave the package in a safe location
  • Photo proof of delivery will be provided where possible
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery


7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted delivery
  2. Track the package using the provided tracking number

  4. We will investigate with the courier and resolve within 5 business days

7.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and either reship or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery or photograph damage and contact us immediately.
  • Claims: Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.

7.3 Wrong Item Delivered

  • Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item
  • Do not use or open sealed products
  • We will arrange for return pickup at no cost to you
  • Correct item will be reshipped or full refund provided
