Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At CSTwithNarayani, we are committed to providing exceptional Craniosacral Therapy services while maintaining fair and transparent policies for both our clients and therapist. This policy outlines the terms governing session bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.


1. Booking Confirmation

When you book a CST session through our website:

  • Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment via Razorpay
  • You will receive an email confirmation with session details including date, time, and location
  • A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled session
  • Ms. Narayani Mhetre conducts a maximum of 5 sessions per day based on availability
Important: Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.


2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

2.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment:

  1. Contact us via email at connect@cstwithnarayani.com
  2. Send a WhatsApp message to +91 99708 62235
  3. Include your booking reference number and registered name
  4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours


3. Client-Initiated Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Here are our rescheduling provisions:

3.1 Rescheduling Options

  • More than 48 hours before: One free rescheduling allowed
  • 24-48 hours before: Rescheduling subject to ₹200 administrative fee
  • Less than 24 hours before: Rescheduling not available; cancellation policy applies

3.2 Rescheduling Process

  1. Contact us using the methods listed in Section 2.2
  2. We will provide you with available alternative dates within the next 30 days
  3. Confirm your new preferred slot within 48 hours
  4. Receive updated booking confirmation
Note: Rescheduled sessions must be utilized within 30 days of the original booking date. After this period, the standard cancellation policy applies.


4. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Ms. Narayani Mhetre may need to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 First Cancellation by Therapist

  • You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance (whenever possible)
  • You will be offered priority rescheduling to the earliest available slot
  • Alternative dates within the next 15 days will be provided
  • No cancellation fee will be charged to you
  • Your original payment remains valid for the rescheduled session

4.2 Second Cancellation by Therapist

If Ms. Narayani Mhetre needs to cancel your rescheduled appointment:

  • Full 100% refund will be automatically processed
  • Refund will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You may alternatively choose to receive a gift voucher for 110% of the original payment value, valid for 90 days
Client Protection: We value your time and commitment. In case of repeated cancellations by the therapist, you are guaranteed a full refund with no questions asked.


5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Method

  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking
  • Razorpay gateway fees are non-refundable as per payment gateway policy
  • Refunds appear as "CSTwithNarayani Refund" on your statement

5.3 Refund Status

To check your refund status:

  • Email us at connect@cstwithnarayani.com with your booking reference
  • Check your email for refund initiation confirmation
  • Contact your bank if funds are not received within the stated timeline


6. Emergency & Medical Situations

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In case of medical emergencies or serious illness:

  • Contact us immediately at +91 99708 62235
  • Provide brief documentation (medical certificate, hospital admission proof, etc.)
  • We will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, regardless of the timeframe
  • Alternatively, a 90% refund will be processed upon request
Compassionate Policy: CSTwithNarayani recognizes genuine hardship situations and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis.


7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Natural Disasters & Pandemics

In case of natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or pandemic-related restrictions:

  • All affected bookings will be eligible for full refund or rescheduling
  • Clients will be contacted proactively
  • Extended rescheduling windows (up to 90 days) will be offered

7.2 Location Unavailability

If the scheduled location (Pune, Sangli, or Satara) becomes unavailable:

  • Full refund will be offered
  • Alternative location options will be provided where possible
  • Home visit arrangements may be discussed (subject to additional charges)


8. Package Bookings & Multiple Sessions

For clients booking multiple sessions:

  • Cancellation policy applies to each individual session
  • Unused sessions can be rescheduled within 90 days of original first session date
  • Partial refunds calculated based on sessions remaining and cancellation timeline
  • Package discounts will not be reversed for partial cancellations


9. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Bookings

  • Sessions booked using gift vouchers follow the same cancellation policy
  • Refunds for voucher bookings will be issued as new vouchers, not cash
  • Promotional or discounted sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue


10. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session time
  • Provide accurate contact information during booking
  • Inform us of any health changes or concerns before the session
  • Complete the treatment information form truthfully and thoroughly
  • Respond to confirmation messages within 24 hours


11. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Client dissatisfaction with therapy outcomes (CST results vary by individual)
  • Client's discomfort with the gentle touch therapy method (please research CST before booking)
  • Late arrival resulting in shortened session time (no-show policy applies if more than 15 minutes late)
  • Client's inability to complete the treatment information form
  • Changes in client's personal schedule post-booking (standard cancellation policy applies)


12. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision:

  1. Email detailed concerns to connect@cstwithnarayani.com
  2. You will receive acknowledgment within 24 hours
  3. A resolution will be provided within 5 business days
  4. If still unresolved, you may escalate to Ms. Narayani Mhetre directly
  5. All decisions by CSTwithNarayani will be final


13. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in service delivery or legal requirements:

  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email
  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of policy updates
  • Bookings made before policy changes will honor the original terms


14. Acknowledgment

By booking a session with CSTwithNarayani, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Cancellation & Refunds Policy
  • You agree to abide by the terms outlined herein
  • You understand that Craniosacral Therapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical treatment
  • You accept responsibility for providing accurate information during booking and in treatment forms
